All users of Infohub.Me automatically grant full knowing consent to the following rules and regulations.

Zero Tolerance SPAM Act

Anyone found using our forums, private messages, Infohub.Me email addresses, or any other service of Infohub.Me will be in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and will be subject to and/all the following punishments: 1) Their IP Address will be banned from all Infohub.Me related services 2) Their ISP will be contacted and notified of their illegal activities 3) Their email provider will be notified and an abuse report filed 4) The company for whom they are advertising will be notified and an abuse report files 5) The company from whom they are advertising will be reported to the Federal Trade Commission 6) The spammer's IP address, email address, and other information may be shared with various anti-spam agencies across the web. Other actions may be taken against those who use our services to spread unapproved advertisements.

Advertising with Us

Any company, group, or individual who wishes to advertise with us may do so by posting in our Member Lounge, Private Messaging an Administrator, or contacting an Administrator through email for express written consent. Written consent must be given prior to making any advertisements. All advertisements must follow the format discussed and agreed upon between the advertiser and the administrator(s) of Infohub.Me - unapproved edits or changes to the advertisement may risk violating our zero tolerance spam act.

The "Enlightenment Act"

The "Enlightenment Act" is simply the agreement between the administration of Infohub.Me and it's members, that this community is established for the appropriate and respectful exchange of ideas, knowledge, and information. Things such as "flaming", "trolling", or extreme prejudice and disrespect violate the principles on which this site was founded. Any member found intentionally spreading hate or malice will be suspended from our boards. Multiple infractions risk banning.

No Excuse for Ignorance

The rules and regulations of this site (as well as of this agreement) may change at any time without notice: As such it is the responsibility of the user to stay up to date on the Official Rules found in our Knowledge Base.

Punishment

We here at Infohub.Me provide many free services, and profit only from the donations of our generous members - so it is particularly upsetting when our few simple rules are broken. It is for this reason that we will pursue any and all punishments appropriate to the rule violation, that are afforded to us by law.

Although the administrators and moderators of InfoHub Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of InfoHub Forums, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

The owners of InfoHub Forums reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
